The Medical Arts Tower Inc. (MATI) is an integral part of The Medical City’s healthcare ecosystem, designed to provide a seamless and efficient experience for doctors and patients. Strategically connected to the hospital, the MAT houses 280 doctors’ clinics and 7 Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) clinics, and offers direct access to essential hospital services, such as surgery and delivery suites.

The Medical Arts Tower spans 19 floors, offering a comprehensive healthcare environment. Our facility includes:
Doctors’ Clinics (3rd to 19th Floor): These are premium offices for healthcare professionals, offering a wide range of specialized services. Several floors are directly connected to the hospital for seamless access to critical departments.
Food Court and Fine Dining: A Food Court is located on the second floor, while fine dining can be enjoyed on the ground floor.
Garden Lobby: Featuring banking services, ATMs, HMOs, and a coffee shop for your convenience.
Main Lobby: A digital directory is available for viewing the schedule of doctors, helping patients and visitors easily locate their healthcare providers.
Parking: A three-level basement with over 1,000 parking spaces, including charging stations for electric vehicles and bicycle facilities including bicycle repair stations.
